Studying with my post-bac bud!

This weekend my friend came down to see her sweetie in DC, so we got to hang out a bit, study and go out to eat. It was just like the old days, last year in Philly... but this time in DC. We studied at Cosi, where I got to ask her radiologist boyfriend all about the inguinal region and the hepatic portal circulation. He's a wealth of knowledge and I see the huge benefit of having a doctor around, when you're studying for med school. Plus, after an afternoon of studying, he took the both of us out to eat at a fancy restaurant for dinner and was super sly about taking the bill. The check didn't even hit the table. He enthusiastically took care of us then popped me in a pre-paid cab back home afterwards. I'm sure when I'm in his shoes I'll be doing the same thing. He remembers what it's all about... he is such a nice guy!
